Both photos are of the 1st. Erie County Central Police Services Academy graduates. Class of 1974. It was held at the BPD Academy at Buffalo Police Headquarters. The class consisted of officers from BPD, Erie County SD, Niagara County SD, Wyoming County SD Village of Blasdell PD (they had a PD back then)Village of Medina PD, Village of Hamburg PD, & the Town of Orchard Park PD.
